An after-hours receptionist that connects, takes messages and calls back.
Votel built a receptionist for service businesses: try the team first, take a message when nobody can answer, text the caller, call them back, and send the team a summary. The source could not run safely: its callback loop could re-trigger itself and its notices went to the caller. The corrected version keeps every feature and repairs it.

Start setup →Every call gets an answer, a message or a callback.
Inbound calls only; forwarding to the team line; six-question message; eight simulator conversations scored 78 to 96.
Inbound-only trigger, tag removed first, two callbacks at most, then a task. The loop can no longer re-trigger itself.
Message received, callback coming, sorry we missed you and we got cut off.
Sent to the account's support address, never to the caller.
The one miss is a transfer request, which a prompt-only test cannot complete.
