A receptionist for hail repair shops that handles insurers and owners.
Votel built a receptionist for paintless dent repair: sort insurers from vehicle owners, take claim details, handle estimate questions, offer the free hail evaluation, transfer to the team, and email the team after every call. The source sent claim data and recordings to an outside address, never emailed about vehicle owners and had no booking step. The corrected version keeps every feature, repairs it and adds the promised booking.

No prices, approvals, coverage or repair promises. The two misses are booking and transfer requests, which need the workflow.
