Prospects get a next step; your advisors get qualified calls.
Coaching and education programs lose prospects between the first call and the first conversation. This snapshot qualifies every caller, books the consultation on the call when they are ready, and makes sure your team hears about everyone else. It never promises results, revenue or pricing you have not approved.

Text version of this diagram
Alex thanks the caller and asks whether they are interested in the programs, an existing client who needs support, or want to speak with an advisor. A prospect answers seven questions: name, email, phone, business name, primary growth goal, biggest challenge and preferred follow-up method. Alex then offers a free consultation. If the prospect accepts, the Growth Consultation is booked, the time is confirmed and the team is emailed. If the prospect declines, or the booking cannot be completed, the details are saved and the team is emailed to follow up by the preferred method. An existing client gives their name, phone and request, which is saved to the activity log and emailed to the team. A caller who asks for an advisor is transferred during office hours; when nobody answers or the office is closed, Alex takes the same support request.
