Build what the card promised.
The September 23 repair rewrote the prompt and greetings and added the seven-question intake. It left the booking step without a calendar while telling callers they were scheduled, pointed the lead email at a placeholder address, sent existing clients away and left the senior-advisor escalation unbuilt. On September 24 the workflow was rebuilt around the library promise: qualification, a consultation offer on a real booking type, team alerts, client support and advisor escalation.
Every finding has a disposition.
Seven intake answers saved to contact fields and the activity log.
Every email step is ready; the owner selects a sender.
A Growth Consultation booking type (30 minutes, virtual, confirmation and reminders) with name, phone and email questions replaces the unbound calendar step.
The prompt and copy no longer reference missing globals.
Leads, bookings and support requests go to the team support address.
Advisor transfer during office hours, with a support request when nobody answers.
Owner-neutral copy; no other business's names.
Clear subjects for every team email.
The booking success line said the consultation was scheduled with no calendar behind it; it now reads the booked time. The lead email was addressed to owner at example dot com. Existing clients were told to contact the business themselves; they now leave a request. Prospects were sent to booking without being asked; they are now offered a consultation and can decline. In testing, a caller who gave conflicting names and dates was not asked which was correct; the prompt now requires it. Stored model was GPT-4.1 Mini.
The same design, now able to run.

The source workflow asked whether the caller was interested in a mastermind or an existing customer, sent prospects to an unbound calendar step and existing customers to a closing line, and emailed a lead notification to the contact on a booking failure.

Before: the booking step had no calendar and the caller was told the consultation was scheduled; the lead email went to owner at example dot com, and in the source to the caller; existing clients were told to contact the business themselves; the senior-advisor escalation in the prompt had no path; and prospects were sent straight to booking. After: a Growth Consultation booking type with confirmation and reminders; every lead, booking and support request emailed to the team; existing clients leave a request that reaches the team; an advisor transfer with a message fallback; and prospects are offered a consultation and can decline.

Alex thanks the caller and asks whether they are interested in the programs, an existing client who needs support, or want to speak with an advisor. A prospect answers seven questions: name, email, phone, business name, primary growth goal, biggest challenge and preferred follow-up method. Alex then offers a free consultation. If the prospect accepts, the Growth Consultation is booked, the time is confirmed and the team is emailed. If the prospect declines, or the booking cannot be completed, the details are saved and the team is emailed to follow up by the preferred method. An existing client gives their name, phone and request, which is saved to the activity log and emailed to the team. A caller who asks for an advisor is transferred during office hours; when nobody answers or the office is closed, Alex takes the same support request.
Checked in the editor and the simulator.
22 steps and 24 links survive an editor save with every link on a rendered handle and no dangling links.
With the team emails and the transfer bypassed for the test and restored afterwards, all five paths completed: decline 97, support 98, advisor fallback 98, booking 98 and booking failure 96. The two booking runs are marked failed only because the simulator records booking steps without running them.
Twelve prompt rules and five difficult callers (rude, off-topic, skeptical, rambling, inconsistent). The inconsistent caller failed at 72 before the conflicting-details rule and passed at 98 after it.
Need a phone line, published booking type, sender and account balance; test with a synthetic prospect.
Remediation complete.
The rebuilt account is ready for final acceptance and master snapshot generation.
