A medical front desk that triages, books and escalates safely.
Votel built a medical front-desk assistant: triage callers, send emergencies to 911, book visits, handle refills, reach staff and summarize every call. The source had two conflicting emergency paths, booking steps with no calendar, a placeholder staff number and a summary emailed to the patient. The corrected version keeps every feature and repairs it.
