Weekly check-in calls, working as Votel designed them.
Votel built an automated weekly treatment check-in for injury law offices: call each client, collect a structured treatment update, retry missed calls, alert the case team, and hand Spanish speakers to a Spanish coordinator. The source could not run and exposed treatment details by email. The corrected version keeps every feature and repairs it.

Identity first, no advice, emergency guidance, busy and wrong-person handling, no sensitive identifiers.
A Spanish coordinator agent is now included; transfer failure has a Spanish fallback and task.
Case-team emails carry no treatment answers, recordings or summaries.
Treatment pipeline, twelve contact fields and the completed call tag ship with the snapshot.
