A bilingual dental front desk that books, confirms and follows up.
Votel built a dental receptionist that books four kinds of appointment, confirms and cancels visits, takes messages, reaches staff, hands Spanish speakers to a Spanish receptionist and emails patients their confirmation. In the source, booking never reached a calendar, the confirmation emails could not send and the Spanish handoff pointed to a missing agent. The corrected version keeps every feature and repairs it.
